Purchase: I ordered the barrel saddle online from the Hilason web site. I paid $580.00 Including shipping.
Likes: I like the fact that the saddle is treeless and as other have stated big mistake.
Dislikes: I don't like the polyurethane leather. The salesman have no idea what product they are selling. After 1 year the stirrup straps on the saddle are stretched out and not my length any longer. Unfortunately I am on the smallest whole so go figure no what. Just as other have stated I was told I had a 2 year warranty. Now today i have called the company and no warranty is available. Why would anyone buy a saddle that is not historically known with out any warranty.
Quality: The construction is not of any quality. I thought a treeless saddle could not really require much work. Well when the fenders are falling off you begin to wonder. I also did not receive the size I ordered and the owner continuously brushed me off.
Summary: DO NOT BUY A HILASON SADDLE. This company does not state behind there product and will get around dealing with you as a customer.
