Purchase: I bought two of these blankets last fall to replace my Weatherbeeta Landas. Got them online for $214 each.
Likes: The thing I love the most is the FIT. Finally a blanket that actually fits a Quarter Horse. It doesn't hang down to their knees, and the double leg arches allow the blanket to wrap under their bellies. The neck doesn't gape, and the removable neck cover is included. My gelding loves to roll, buck and play and the blanket doesn't budge. The blanket comes with a tail strap, but has D-rings for leg straps if you want them. They wore the blankets all winter 24/7 and no rubs. The colours are lovely and the blanket looks good on.
Dislikes: The only thing I don't like is that the Rambo guarantee doesn't currently apply to the QH line.
Quality: The blankets are beautifully made. Everything is top quality. The blankets are warm without being heavy.
Summary: I love the blankets. Certainly money well spent. They're coming out with a rainsheet version soon and I fully intend to buy them as well.
If you have smaller horses and other blankets tend to hang down too far then this is the blanket you want. I've got them on a 15h and a 15.3h QH and a friend has one for her 15.2h Morgan, and they fit them all beautifully.
