Purchase: I got this saddle as a christmas present. At first I was unsure of it because I had never ridden in a Courbette. My expectations were blown away. I had been riding in a Crosby saddle but the Courbette was so much better. It improved my balance and my lower back pain went away also.
Likes: The chestnut brown color is beatuiful. I know that hunter judges look down upon you if your saddle is too light. This saddle would look great on any color horse; from white to black. It has shown no signs of wear and is extreamly easy to clean. I dont have to use oil because of the special magic coating it has. It is extreamly confourtable to sit in too. It conforms to your horses back very nicely.
Dislikes: the billits are high. I had to purchase a new girth but once the saddle broke in a little bit, the billits lowered.
Quality: Very good quality. Lasts a very long time and its also very durable. Leather is a good quality and isnt too thin. It was light to cary easily. It resists scratches very well also.
Summary: I would highly recommend this saddle to anyone, wheather beginner or pro. It is the same quality of thoes higher priced saddles for a more reasonable price.
