Purchase: I bought online at State line Tack, several bottles. I never had a problem with Wipe (regular).
Wipe II has made my horse break out with hives because he is allergic to it.
It's awful. My horse is better now that I stopped using any fly spray for the past 2 weeks. I ruled out anything else as a cause..
