Purchase: I bought this saddle from equine whispers in the UK. Paid 1400 US dollars for the saddle & stirrup leathers and shipping. I ordered just before a price increase so it might be a little more now.
Likes: Light and comfortable. Only weighs about 11 pounds! Adjustable pommel and panels on the underside for a perfect fit for your horse. Treeless but does not feel like a bareback saddle. Since it is designed with the input of equine surgeons, it is comfortable and safe for the horses back.
Dislikes: Adjustable pommel could be a little lower but one can be purchased separately. Leathers not included in the saddle price and trekkers only options for leathers that I am aware of are synthetic. You can purchase your own.
Saddle only available online and not in tack stores so you have to demo it by mail.
Only 1 distributor in the US carries it.
Quality: Very nice soft supple leather and billets.
Summary: If you want the security of a western saddle without the weight and bulk and a nice comfy padded seat, the dressage pro endurance fits the bill. Don't let the treeless word scare you. This saddle does not feel like a bareback pad. The seat is substantial and the adjustable memory foam leather covered panels underneath keep the saddle off of the horses spine and adjust to fit the back of your horse. Adjustable pommel also fits narrow to wide withers! I LOVE this saddle and so does my horse!
