Manufacturer: Bob Marshall
Model: Treeless saddle
Category: Trail Saddles
Purchase: I was looking for a comfortable saddle that would be an easy fit for my mare. I did research online and I felt the Bob Marshall treeless saddle would fit the need. I paid 1600.00.
Likes: This saddle fits all of our horses. It is light weight and comfortable.
Dislikes: My saddle, in less than a year, developed a crease in the middle of the seat. When it warms up, the saddle folds inward and the horn frequently rubs my abdomen. This causes bruising. I have a young horse with a normal back line. I contacted the Manufacturer and they were non-supportive. They felt I had folded the saddle which I didn't. If you should decide to purchase this type of saddle, be aware that it can crease.
Quality: Saddle was brand-new and custom ordered.
Summary: Overall I like the saddle but I am very disappointed in the defect and the customer services at this company.
Usefulness Rating: 3.22222 out of 5.
