Purchase: A friend gave me half of a container he had purchased. Sells for around $10 per bottle.
Likes: THIS STUFF WORKS!!! I actually discovered how well it worked during a cookout at my home. The flies around my area are horrible, we live in a very rural area with lots of cattle, horses and chicken farms. The flies were totally ruining the cookout, he brought this bottle from his truck, put some on a paper plate, and the flies actually seemed to be more attracted to this than they were to the food.They were falling dead everywhere within minutes of landing on the bait.
I have since began using it in my 16 stall barn. I still stop and show visitors how fast this stuff works. When we muck stalls I will leave a little fresh manure in the wheelbarrow and sprinkle some quickbayt on it, and there are always hundreds of dead flies when I come back.
Dislikes: Of course you can't put this on the horse. And you have to be careful not to leave it out where it can be ingested by other animals, which concerned me with all of the other critters we have around. It seems to be pretty potent stuff. I was concerned about my cats and other animals getting into the product if I left it out, so I mixed the product with a little water and made a paste and then dipped cotton strings in the paste and hung them from the ceiling of the barn.
Quality: The red color of the granules help you "see" when the product has been eaten up by all of the now dead flies. Handy shaker can...IT WORKS...thats the best part.
Summary: This product works fast and the flies seem to like the taste, Works great for me since there are so many flies in my area.
