Purchase: I show hunters and jumpers almost every weekend, and wanted a new saddle after my PJ started looking kinda old and worn in. I told my parents I wanted the best saddle, so my dad went to the tack store and told the worker to show him "the best saddle". He said it was an Hermes Steinkraus. My dad knows the Hermes brand from when my mom buys bags, so he knew it was good. It was around 6000 with a bridle.
Likes: This saddle is stunning. Its the most comfortable thing ever, and all my horses love it. It fits me perfectly, and since its an Hermes I know its of exceptional quality. I show every weekend and it show little to no wear after about 2 months of riding 2-3 horses every day. It feels so much better than my PJ did. For the quality, its perfectly priced. Ive jumped like 4'6" in this and still feel totally comfortable in it.
Dislikes: Well, i wish it was custom like a Devacoux or Antares, but I would have to buy 3 of those saddles (one custom for each horse), so im happy with this.
Quality: This saddle is stunning and flawlessly made.
Summary: This is the best saddle out there. Ive tried PJ's, Stubbens, Tad Coffins, etc, and this is just the best.
