Purchase: I bought this lovely saddle online off a picture plus a few questions to the seller. I paid about 400 used which I thought was very good for the quality of the saddle
Likes: I like the overall quality, the durability of the leather, the ability of the leather to hold its black color. It fits my medium sized quarter horse very well and it puts me in a very nice position for dressage. It has short billets which are fine as far as I am concerned. Overall it has a good look to it, provides good support for a balanced dressage seat, and it seems like it will hold up well for a long time.
Dislikes: There isn't much I do not like. Maybe the seat could be a little softer, but that really isn't a big deal unless I were to trail ride a lot in it.
Quality: The saddle shows good workmanship, no areas of sloppy craftsmanship. The overall quality is exceptional for a saddle in this price range.
Summary: Very nice saddle for a very good price. Excellent for schooling and nice enough for show. Perfect for Pony Clubber who may be on a budget.
Usefulness Rating: 2.58333 out of 5.
