Purchase: I purchased this saddle from Down Under Saddle Supply after doing quite a bit of research online. I paid around 500$.
Likes: I sent them a tracing and when I received the saddle it fit my horse beautifully. It is very light and easy for me to lift onto her back.
I haven't had a chance to use it much because of an accident that caused the tree to break.
I am writing the review mostly to express how wonderful these people are to work with. Even though the warranty did not cover what happened, they are completely replacing the saddle for me. In their communications with me they have expressed concern for my horse.
Dislikes: Nothing. If you care about customer service, buy from Down Under Saddle. They are wonderful.
Quality: Beautiful saddle.
Summary: Again, I am writing because of the outstanding customer service at Down Under Saddle. And the saddle is beautiful.
