Likes: This is very comfortable, really improved the comfort of my very hard seat show saddle for everyday riding. I wasn't sure whether to get the regular or long and I am glad I went with the long. It doesn't come all the way up to the tip of the cantle but it seems to be under all of my tush. I was concerned that I would feel the ridge of it ending under me but I don't. It stays in place and doesn't bunch up. It doesn't seem to hold dirt excessively. I have only had it a short while so I can't speak to the durability but it appears to be well constructed.
I was very sore on my seat bones every time I rode and consequently was tense. This pad relieved the pain and allows me to ride much more relaxed.

Quality: Stitching looks good, quality seems good, no complaints.
Summary: I am very happy with my purchase, I should have bought it sooner. I would recommend this to others.
