Purchase: I received this bridle from a good family friend. It had been customized for my horse and I believe that it was around $800 new.
Likes: Everything! It is probably the most beautiful bridle I have ever seen. The leather is soft and supple and the stitching is perfectly even and tight with fancy stitching on the noseband and browband. The leather is extremely soft and supple. It was originally a kind of orangish color but oiled to a beautiful oarkbark brown. I especially love the wide noseband because it complements my warmblood's big head and fits him like a glove. The reins that i was given with this bridle were edgewood, not jimmy's, but they oiled to match beautifully (and were also of excellent quality!)
Dislikes: nothing!
(well, the price is a little steep...)
Quality: Although I have not had this bridle for very long, the quality of the leather is fantastic and the stitching is impeccable and I'm sure it will stand up to years of use!
Summary: The most beautiful bridle I have ever laid eyes on. Because of the enormous price tag, I probably would not have bought one for myself, but if you can afford this bridle, it is worth every penny.
