Purchase: I bought this through tackroominc.com for about $40 for my husband, who wanted to learn dressage and likes the whole yoga thing.
Likes: The stretches are easy as well as easy to follow. I think anyone who can mount a horse could easily do any of these stretches without much effort or pain.
Dislikes: The video was horribly slow. They stretched several times over, so I guess it really sank in, but the entire video was just dull to watch. My husband found it not really to be his style of stretching. Neither of us really felt like it did anything to improve our flexibility when riding.
Quality: This looks like it would be a good dvd if you are older and perhaps a trail rider or recreational/weekend rider. It is not going to be enough if you are a competitive rider or more fit already. The pace was such that if you need to take time to do stretches it allowed the time, but if you could do them rather quickly and effortlessly you got bored.
Summary: This just wasn't the dvd for me or my husband. I would not really recommend it to anyone unless they really enjoyed this kind of thing or needed a very slow, easy workout. For the rest of us, it was just a waste of money and that $40 would be better spent on a month of gym membership at your local YMCA.
