Purchase: As much as any woman, I like a long, full tail on my horse. If you trailer, the tail will be painfully rubbed raw or hairs will be rubbed off without protection, so I bought a Professionals Choice tail wrap because of their good reputation.
Likes: I really liked the thickness of the neoprene and the strength of the velcro. A choice of colors is nice.
Dislikes: The velcro is so tenacious (strong) that the neoprene actually tore when I struggled to remove the straps from the wrap!
Quality: The construction and quality were great, BUT there must be a fine line between a wrap that stays put - thread strands of hair between the straps & it will stay in place - and a wrap that adheres so well it tears the material it's holding.
Summary: I'm afraid to pay another $22.00 or more for a tail wrap that tears with normal use on the first try.
