Likes: The boots are attractive in appearance.
Dislikes: The boots were so hard to get into that my daughter had to use powder, spray and a plastic bag every time. After 2 weeks the zipper on the back of the boots split. The boots were returned to Der Dau to be fixed. However, when we picked the boots up at the store, the issue of the zipper had apparently been ignored as the zipper split within 10 minutes of putting the boots on.
Quality: Careless and cheap with no regard for customer needs or service.
Summary: I would not ever do business with Der Dau again.
