Purchase: I special ordered these boots at my local tack shop and paid $250 (that was 20% off normal price).
Likes: I love these boots, they fit super well, and have a nice stiff outer leg, while as the inside is softer. I ride dressage, and dislike zippers, the ones I bought were the pull ons. They are very elegant and suitable for dressage of any level. They broke in fast, and look great.
Dislikes: They are stamped right inside, "made in china". Isn't ariat supposed to be "made in italy?????!!!!". The height sizing is goofy. A regular was too short for me, but a tall was WAY too tall.
Quality: Nice leather, fully lined.
Summary: I'm glad I bought them, and I didn't spend that much. When I can afford it, I will buy another pair of koenigs, but these are great for in the meantime!
