Purchase: I belive I bought the Troxel Legacy schooling helmet from state line tack last fall and I absolutely love it. It is very comfortable when used. I paid around $70.00 after shipping and handling and I think that it was very well worth it!
Likes: I like the visor, because it provides great shade. I also, love the GPS sizing system on the back. Another uniqe thing about this helmet is that it has an extra cussion to put inside (attatched with velcro) just in case you needed the helmet to be smaller.
Dislikes: I really don't think there is anything that I don't like about this helmet. It is really great! Most people would not like to ware a helmet because of the bulkeyness of them, but this helmet is just a joy! I don't mind wearing it at all, plus... it keeps me safe!
Quality: My helmet is flat(not glossy) black, has great air-flo slits on the front and back sides. It has a visor to prevent the sun from getting into your eyes. It has a nice part leather and part cloth throte latch. The GPS sizeing system on the back it creat to produse a nice tight fit. So nice looking that it could be used either on the trail, or in the show ring I think!
Summary: I think I pretty much covered it. This helmet could never be better! I absolutely love it. Before, I never really wanted to wear a helmet because most of the others that I have ridden in are very hard and uncomfortable. I like the flat black coloring because it dose not get big smudges on it like the glossy helmets do. It is really easy to clean... just take a damp towel and whipe it down. All in all, I could never ask for a better helmet... it is just awesome! You have to try it to believe it!
