Purchase: I saw the video advertised in a popular ENGLISH horsemanship magazine and I ordered it. The price was $42.00 plus shipping.
Likes: The advertisement stated that it showed how to fit a saddle properly so that the appropriate saddle could be purchased for a given horse.
Dislikes: I received the video and watched it. To my horror, there was not one English saddle presented in the video. I ride hunter/jumpers, therefore, the video was absolutely worthless for my purposes as it only covered Western saddle fitting. There was no indication in the advertisement nor was there any indication in the title of the video that only Western saddle fitting was covered. I immediately called the company and told them. They said to return the video, at my cost, and they would refund the price of the video less shipping costs. To date, I have not received the refund.
Quality: Poor video quality, not professionally done, poor graphic illustrations. Not on a par one would expect for the price of the video.
Summary: Stay away from this company, hang on to your money as they do not keep their word.
